Cancellation Policy

♡ debit/credit card information is required at booking and will ONLY be charged for no shows or late cancellations ♡ NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of service to the card on file & will no longer be allowed to book (no refunds) ♡ failure to cancel 24 hours priors to your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your service (no refunds) ♡ there’s a 10 minute grace period, anything exceeding will result in a reduced session or a cancel/reschedule ♡ please cancel if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, allergies, styes, pink eye, or COVID19
